Poor Leadership

Business Outlook

Pros

Health Benefits, office space, gym, apparel discount, 401k

Cons

This company is owned by Fanatics and Ames Watson, and you'll never know who is giving direction. Leadership is poor. They will fire a VP on a Friday and have their replacement ready by Monday. They do not believe in annual raises so you will have to get promoted to receive one. A lot of office politics so you have to be careful you don't intimidate your manager, otherwise they will place you on a PIP plan. Majority of the company is young, nobody stays more than 2 years in the marketing side. I wouldn't join this company looking to build your career. They also will talk negatively about you to employers if they reach out.
