      Needs to Evolve

      Pros

      I worked with a good group of people... on my direct team. It is quite easy for lateral moves or trying to learn the ropes in a different department.

      Cons

      The senior leadership team is made up of white men creating a an old school boys club. There is no diversity in the leadership level.... nor do they care about DEI initiaves in the corporpate office. The company is run like a mom and pop shop while actually trying to do big business stuff. There is no path for career growth (unless you happen to be a "favorite" of someone on the leadership team).

      Diversity but not in leadership. Only in lower level employees.

      Cons

      No work life balance, bad leadership, only cares about getting things done at the expense of their employees health, high turn over rates, no growth opportunities, loud noisy work environment, very clicky and people are not welcoming,
