There are many folks who genuinely care.

Cons

There is no work/life balance. Bonus targets change frequently so they aren't attainable. People turnover is off the charts and nothing is done to stop the flow out.

Cons

Company expectations for field supervisors are insanely high considering the rate of pay. DSMs are asked to do everything and are held to the highest level of accountability with little or no support from the home office personnel largely due to the inexperience of the people in the home office.

Environment of sports, teammates, huge learning opportunities to develop (though no one in the company will help you with that)

Cons

Typical cut cut cut, company. Solo coverage 24/7, very little pay, for 5 years I didn’t even get paid for my OT. Thankfully by 2017 they were paying me.
