Lids is a pretty fun and easy place to work if you know some things here and there about sports teams and a little about hats. Talking to customers is a breeze as a Sales Associate since all you're doing is talking about hats and most of the time, customers know what they want already. The management is really great with awesome co-workers (depending on which branch you work)

Cons

The only thing I would say about Lids that's a con would be the training booklet that we were supposed to do, it was really boring and quite long and most of the stuff was self explanatory.
