Leadership group lacks leadership. Terrible from District (though many of the DMs never had a chance) up to top C-level. Treat staff poorly, no trust/respect given, difficult to deal with.

Fun atmosphere. Cool to see all the different styles and what people like. So many choices and embroidery options.

Cons

Pay is horrible for management positions. I make the same as an assistant as they pay for a store manager.
