Friendly organization, but low wages for Aerospace, and difficult to get a promotion even when qualified.

The benefits are nice, along with vacation and personal time, most managers are flexible.

Cons

This is a great place for young people to get good experience, but not if someone is experienced in aviation or aerospace; the wages are low and very difficult to get significant increases.

If you are a military veteran, A person of color or any minority for that matter should never work for this company. On numerous occasions I was showed the true colors of many employees and management.
