Hopeless is best word to describe this organisation. Managed by incompetent Indian people. You will find incompetent employee right from top management to lower level. Nothing is good not even a product produced here, not able sale even a single crane in a month and there is another division in Europe which sold thousands of unit at the same time. Huge losses. This company is damaging Liebherr global image in India. Last year ~100 employees sacked on the same day due to discontinuation of some product. In short Incompetent and unethical management, pathatic transport and canteen, No work at all you seat all the day without doing anything. Empty plant nothing on production line no demand at all. Doing the same rework again and again My suggestion is don't join this company at any cost and at any level unless you are jobless. Unluckily this kind of companies do exists in Pune which spoils your career if you don't find new opportunity.
