Pros

Very good, state of the art facilities

Cons

Salary is not as per market standards. Even after putting in lot of work we don't feel valued by the company. HR policies are not employee friendly either. Lot of micromanagement goes on.

Pros

The work culture is simply great! The colleagues whom I worked with were very friendly and supportive. They didn't mind including people of different culture into theirs. The Manager was a very good human. He tries to understand from an ordinary employee's perspective and was supportive by all the means. The company had some amazing projects in the aerospace domain.

Cons

Many people are hired on a project basis from a consulting company, so that they could be removed easily when there are no projects. The company is heavily dependent on only a couple of big giants in aerospace industry and if they don't provide any projects to Liebherr company, then Liebherr has no projects at all. Nevertheless, this is a very rare case! Normally, there are always some amazing projects.
