The benefits are good and it is really hard to beat job security. Understanding of personal situations that come up and willing to help. Management is very personable.

Cons

If you are looking to get rich, this isn't for you. Liebherr prides themselves on job security which follows the European model. Unfortunately, raises follow the same model, so you can also forget about working from home.
