Business Outlook
Pros
Great People, fair salary and good benefits. The personality of the people. It would be hard to find a better group of personalities to work with. Employees are treated fair and encouraged to be part of the team. Great company functions.
Cons
Regardless of how nice they are, some managers that have been with that company long term cannot see the changes in cultures and ways of doing business. Lack of understanding of customer service and the understanding that the customer drives the business and they should always be treated as #1 priority.
