Some what flexible hours. Can work 4 - 10hr shifts so you can have a 3 day weekend.

Cons

Environment is very loud, dirty, often very cold in the workshop, needed a space heater, even in summer. No down time to talk, you're very monitored. Management is very strict. As long as you keep your head down and mind your business, you're good. They pay isn't great. The job is very repetitive and boring.
