      Pros

      Ambition, skill and dedication are rewarded here. I was given all the tools, training, coaching and time I needed to succeed here. I work with a lot of good people. My input is taken seriously, and sometimes, the input turns into a project I get to lead.

      Cons

      The cafeteria is a separate building, and the food trucks that show up aren't that great, and all the restaurants are pretty far away. Bring your own food.

      Great Benefits and great pay. The company really takes care of its employees.

      Cons

      I dont feel a lot of trust with speaking to HR about my supervisor. The company expects a lot from employees but I do not think its a con. If you work for Liebherr, you need to bring a good work ethic to the table. This a company where you need to bring your best to the table.
