      Pros

      The team I work on is great. Other teams may not be so great. Pay is decent in some roles but not all roles pay well. Everyone is friendly and kind. Great benefits.

      Cons

      They require a lot. For example,.. Giving 10% as tithes back to them. Volunteering to serve at a church service. Join a small group.

      The clarity of our mission. When I was called to ministry, my purpose was clear. The opportunity to live out my calling at Life.Church continues to inspire me. 13+ years in, and our mission has not changed. To lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

      When leadership/CP’s are unhealthy there’s no accountability or anyone to help them balance the pressure they feel for hitting numbers/goals then it impacts the team negatively.
