Life.Church Response

We’re sorry your experience working at Life.Church wasn’t what you hoped it would be, but agree it’s not for everyone. The work we do is demanding because we believe there is no better mission on Earth than to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Because we understand the weight of ministry we offer significant benefits to help everyone who works here grow stronger personally, professionally, and spiritually every day. We take mental health seriously as is echoed even from our top leadership Pastor Craig who is very open about his counseling and pursuit of mental, physical and spiritual strength. Thank you for submitting your feedback as we review and consider each one submitted.

Living the dream

Pros

Cheesy title I know. Living the dream is a phrase I use all the time just in life. I believe God has equipped me to build His Kingdom and strengthen the Church and be a light for folks and I know I could be doing that anywhere. And I thank God every day that Life.Church is where I am. My boss is amazing. I have real friends. The vision and message is clear. I feel cared about not just because of how I'm treated by peers and leadership, but because of the benefits package, development opportunities, and review structure. This is a fantastic place to work. I'm unapologetically biased.

Cons

I've had different bosses in my time here. Some have not been the type of leader I serve under today. Leadership styles aren't always consistent across locations and departments, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
