      It's an honor to work at a place where we have a clearly defined mission, core values and behavioral values. We have a culture that is soooooo special!

      Cons

      The con is the pro. This is an environment where you are poured into and resourced with whatever you need to succeed. Having an opportunity to grow and get feedback from everyone is the organization is fantastic!

      It's great to be a part of a meaningful mission. The work environment is wonderful and the people are fun! We really focus on personal development and reaching the world for Christ in new and exciting ways.

      Pros

      I could not imagine a more healthy work environment. I love the leaders of this Church and I LOVE coming to work every single day. I could not imagine my life anywhere else or my time better spent.

      Cons

      Work-family life can be a hard balance if you're not intentional. You work hard, and you want to work hard because it's such a wonderful place! But, the work/family life balance is the most hard to keep up with if you're not intentional about boundaries.
