      Pros

      I Loved working with children and the school staff. I enjoyed leading circle of friends leader groups. Helping elementary students learn to read. Helping children with social skills and how to get along with others

      Cons

      Children that were physical and had severe tantrums could be a challenge. There was not enough trained staff to assist during a crisis situation

      Pros

      There is no higher calling than to be a part of our mission to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ! I am poured into and developed as a leader, and work with some incredibly gifted, passionate people. If I were let go today, I'd be back Sunday serving here because I know God is doing some amazing things through our church.
