      Pros

      Hands down, one of the most rewarding/fulfilling places you could ever work. The entire team is full of individuals who are sold out to the mission and passionate about their day to day work.

      Cons

      Compensation is lower than what you'd expect for the same type of role outside of the organization, but benefits are competitive and help account for this if they're taken advantage of.

      Pros

      I would do it all over again, and probably will. Great people, great organization, great mission. Everyone and I do mean everyone was authentic and real...humble leadership. The people on my team were/are friends at work, afterwork and in my favorites on my cell. While the pay wasn't great, the benefits were the best I ever had.

      Cons

      Underpaid...perhaps. However, I accepted the offer because of my belief in the mission. It's not for everyone. You want an easy, high paid job? Go elsewhere. You want to be a part of an organization that does incredible things...go for it. If you accept the money don't complain about it.

      You get to be part of something that is so much bigger than yourself.

      Cons

      Pace is really fast -- which is almost always a good thing, but it can be unmanageable at times and run people over.
