Pros

The development aspect is phenomenal. We are pushed to continue to learn. The people that I work with are high quality individuals. Feedback is received well and encouraged. The real reason that I am here continues to be the changed lives that I am able to contribute towards every day.

Cons

Everything that gave me an advantage in the corporate world (reliability, loyalty, responsibility, high achiever, intelligence, peacefulness) is baseline at LC.

I can't think of any greater cause worth giving my life to than reaching people who do not know Christ. God has positioned LifeChurch.tv in such a way that we can be very successful in doing just that. I love seeing lives changed and people come alive as they experience life as God intended it to be. We also have a blast! It is a challenging work environment where you will grow and develop in ways you never imagined possible, but it is all worth it! LifeChurch.tv leadership is authentic and passionate. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

Cons

The work environment is intense. There are high expectations combined with a culture of constant feedback. If you don't like a fast paced, development focused, high accountability work environment that is focused on producing results ... LifeChurch.tv is probably not a good fit.

I love the opportunities I have to get better by working at LifeChurch.tv. Personal development is a bug deal to me, and to get to work at a place that not only values personal development, but we also get to play a part in changing eternity, does it get any better?

Cons

Ministry can be grueling work regardless of what church you work for. LifeChurch.tv is no different.
