      Pros

      I like the flexible work environment and the technology. I like that I can be totally trusted to do my work and I am not micromanaged.

      Cons

      I like the development piece somewhat but I think it is overkill. I get extremely worn out and tired of constantly trying to be developed. Sometimes I just want to come to work and be myself and not have someone constantly critiquing me and tell me how I could improve. It is exhausting.

      Pros

      I love my church! We weekly see people who wouldn't attend church walk into our doors! I love being connected to the vision of giving everything we produce away to other churches. I have personally grown from the intentional leadership.

      Cons

      Sometimes the schedule can be tough. we serve in a very fast paced organization. You have to work hard in balancing your schedule to not loose site of other priorities.

      Pros

      We are a mission first organization that does not allow the the smalls things to distract us from why we exist. We keep the main thing the main thing.

      Cons

      We have a driven culture that is always pushing to grow and improve. With this emphasis on our measurable results it can be easy to forget the people and instead focus on the numbers. Our mission is about leading people to become fully devoted followers of Chris and it is not about the crowd, but instead of the one and their story.
