Pros

Working at LC.tv is rewarding and challenging. I get to work with some of the most passionate and talented people in the world. We are also so blessed to be in a high development culture and to have such GREAT leadership. I love getting to be apart of what God is doing!!

Cons

Truly, I can't think of a con. Any concern I've ever had, I have learned ways to grow and develop beyond my limitations.

Pros

This organization is accomplishing, through Christ, the single greatest mission ever. I am proud and humbled to work here. I don't really see it as a job but a calling. I wake up each day looking forward to facing new challenges.

Cons

Salary is lower than corporate world, but way above average for a non-profit. With so many campuses we must be more diligent to documenting our processes and ensuring each locations is playing by the rules.

Pros

It's incredible to contribute to such a meaningful and important mission--we lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ! Even in behind the scenes, technical, or specialized roles we are connected to the constant miracle of life change. The leadership demonstrates such integrity and humility. The culture encourages personal growth. The people on my team are my extended family. I have worked here for 11 years and wouldn't trade my time here for anything.

Cons

If you are not committed to leading people to follow Christ with excellence and integrity, you will not like this environment. Our team is hard-core committed to improvement and innovation. If you have the ambition to make a name for yourself, don't bother applying. You will not last here. This mission isn't about personal accomplishments and accolades on earth. While there are opportunities for advancement and growth, don't consider a role as getting your foot in the door or a springboard to other things. These are only cons if you are not a fit for our fast-paced Jesus-first environment.
