Pros

Team members that are equally driven and mission-focused Office environment encourages relationships and collaboration Equipped with everything I need to be successful in my role Opportunities to expand my leadership and capabilities Classes and courses offered to grow in my personal and professional skills Time-off policy is so flexible

Cons

Had to move away from extended family, but with the flexible vacations, I'm still able to visit and work remotely when needed.

Pros

This is the most mission focused organization I have ever seen. We are always pushing forward to reach more people for Christ. It is fulfilling work & I know when I get out of bed in the morning, I am literally changing the world through my work at Life.Church.

Cons

Not for the person looking for an easy job. We work hard and fast. If you're called, it's not a problem. If you're looking for a J.O.B, you might not make it long term.

Pros

Incredible leadership. Excellent culture. Awesome opportunities for development. I could not imagine working for another church. Life.Church has brought the best out of me. Also Craig is the real deal.

Cons

It's true that there are seasons where the pace is fast—it's not really a con but candidates should be aware that this is not a place where you can coast.
