Currently, we offer new employees 5 days of sick time, 10 vacation days, 10 paid holidays (including some flexible holidays), as well as flexible schedules like the 9/80 schedule. In addition, paid time off increases over time as employees reach additional years of service with the company.

Cons
You may not see much of LCE if you are contracted out to the DON or other entity.
If you are successful over a long period of time, the entity you are contacted out to may offer to hire you directly instead of contracting your work through LCE.
