Pros
Kitchen atmosphere was good. We worked hard and had fun. Schedules and PTO made for a great work life balance. Decent benefits.
Cons
Retaining staff has been an issue, which is understandable in food service, but the administration has largely ignored the problem and focused instead on expanding and building nice things, not hiring more staff and treating them as part of the community.
