      A wonderful place to work

      Pros

      More than just a job. Residents are so appreciative. Nurses, DON, Health Services Executives all really care about you as a person and your personal growth. Co-workers are mostly very supportive and offer a lot of help.

      Cons

      Can be a lot of work at times but very worth it. Pay could be a little higher but even without STNA certification can make a decent amount and have STNA tuition reimbursed.
