Pros

A company that clearly cares about it's employees. Great benefits, a lovely new office and a great workforce. Great work life balance, flexitime and the ability to WFH. Life Fitness are creating it's own culture and values and have a strong commitment to helping every employee to succeed. The management team are approachable and work continuously to not only improve the company but improve working conditions, taking on board regular feedback from staff.

Pay could be slightly better.
