Good work life balance, opportunity to make a decent quarterly bonus for selling insurance and merchandise.

Cons

Only 1 shift, 9:30 to 6:00. Depending on the location it can be a cake walk or a total nightmare. Having to deal with the homeless and junkies isn't too fun when they leave needles and fecal matter everywhere, which by the way isn't easy to clean when all the company says you can use is clorox bleach free wipes.

Average pay, lots of hours, lots of indoor and outdoor work daily, always busy never bored

Cons

Working alone alot, delayed incentive payout, sink or swim atmosphere, must have a good memory and ability to keep up to do well. Dangerous job to work alone in my neighborhood, lots of drugs and guns constantly.
