Pros

Pay scale as long as you work hard to build. Paid weekly. Steady hourly rate.

Cons

If you're are not busy you don't make a steady commission. They have a commission pay scale based on productivity compared to your hours worked each pay period. Had many managers come and go. Some were not experienced enough for that position.

No raises, poor pay, bad hours, poor management, and constant turnover on every level.
