Unrealistic expectations. Instead of helping people struggling they make it harder for them to hit goals while the ones not struggling get rewarded and more opportunity to sell

Pros

flexible scheduling clients are nice when you do get some team member services keeps cost down for getting treatments/ trades

Cons

unorganized management unsupportive management unrealistic goals keep you from earning higher commission expected to perform complimentary services and hourly pay is minimum wage @ 7.25 hrly expected to absorb promotional discounts which lower service sales no cohesiveness between therapist and management in dealing with customer service issues unclear pay allocations regarding earnings ect
