Pros

Flexible schedule, I had the freedom to switch shifts and adjust to my life. I got to work with a wide range of people. I had the freedom to create my own system for keeping the club clean and organized.

Cons

I was on call all the time. I was expected to do weekly phone calls with upper management on how things were going. All these phone calls were done off the clock.

Pros

Made great friends. And that's the only thing that keeps the team together, not management or your one on ones.

Cons

Dealing with "it's not my fault management". The management is the problem. Most of the trainers could run those positions, the problem is that most trainers don't make good sales people.
