      Pros

      Guaranteed pay but you will need to purchase items that are not on the approved vendor list. You need to depend on the General Manager to reimburse you. It did not always happen for me.

      Cons

      Poorly ran company. Not 1 hair dresser in the salon had anything positive to say about working in the salon. It takes 3 months to hire a new team member. The systems they have in place make it difficult to be productive at your job.

      Pros

      Access to great facilities, the co-workers are intelligent, likable, and fun. Great place and resources to learn about metabolism and general health.

      Cons

      Ridiculous hours, no work/life balance even though you are supposed to be promoting and coaching your clients on that very thing. Poor organization and communication. If you are remotely good at being a trainer or dietitian/nutritionist, you are better off going out on your own.
