Low pay, lots of responsibility, no support from management

Free membership. The members and staff are great people and are the main reason for going to work every day.
Cons
Very little pay and lots of responsibility. The company is constantly adding more duties to your job due to low membership sales and high numbers of cancellations. Management is dishonest and shady in order to accomplish their goals. Support from General Managers and upper management is minimal. Management and corporate rules by intimidation and fear. Issues within the club are never addressed or solved. The attitude is just suck it up and deal with it. Most General Managers are incompetent due to having little to no previous management experience. This company is all about numbers and not people and that includes their members and staff.
