Pros

I loved working at Life Time. The work schedule was flexible - I was able to work with my supervisor to meet my schedule needs. I loved my coworkers and I enjoyed going to work. My supervisor awarded our department's high performance with praise, verbally and in raises.

Cons

I don't have any negative experiences or complaints with my experience. I would work there again.

Pros

- Strong upward mobility - Lots of locations to move to nationwide - Good pay for simple work

Cons

- You feel like you're a member of a cult at times. - Managers are often incompetent - Hours can be weird because of some clubs being open 24/7 or near 24/7.
