Pros

-Very friendly customer base -Nice atmosphere in which to look at every day -Great opportunities in which to lateral move and move up if you are willing to travel a little bit

Cons

-Each store appears to be an island that has little oversight. -Minimal training on what is expected of you -Poor review system, that allows a high degree of cronyism

The ability to make a significant difference in people's lives; The focus on families who are under a lot of pressure in our society; Exceptional facilities and the benefit of using it

Cons

Little or no developmental aspect to the management methodologies; team members are given functional SOPs but no training on delivering an exceptional member experience; highly centralized organization; seems to be driven by quarterly stock performance; Too much emphasis on acquisition and very little energy, training, programming toward loyalty/retention of employees and members
