      Pros

      You'll never be bored. The goals we help members' achieve is rewarding and motivating. A lot of interesting and exciting initiatives on a regular basis. New ideas and ways of doing things is strongly encouraged.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult and challenging to manage workload and priorities due to the volume of what needs to get done and with many initiatives going on at once. Extremely short turn-around times on projects and pivots in direction are common and part of the culture.

      Great (might I say the best in Raleigh )facility - As and employee you get premium membership

      Cons

      Management is less than attentive to growing and being responsive to employees, who at the end of the day are your first line of contact with members and make or break the member experience.
