I have great competence in developing the performance levels of swimmers in a short period of time. My experience lies in achieving the objectives of the training process by guiding and counseling the behavior of swimmers and developing their mental, physical and technical abilities through innovative exercises, and encouraging the spirit of teamwork. One of my greatest strengths is to contain swimmers and provide them with psychological support. I'm good at modifying behavior and stimulation techniques. Which makes me a multi-tasking coach. E
