      Pros

      Plenty of hours, ability to move up in my department, outside of management it was a good place for college students to work,

      Cons

      Hard to find someone to cover a shift sometimes, sometimes lacking in leadership from department manager, sometimes asked too much from employees

      Pros

      Appearance to the public is deceiving. Notice the high turnover. Pay attention to your instincts.

      Cons

      Please please please watch out. This company appears so good, but it is based on making money. The 'trainers' will very smoothly suck you into a contract that absolutely drains your bank account, and 4 medical Physicians have already told me their claims about everything you should buy for your health and weight loss here are NOT true. It is a sales scam.

      -Free membership and access to high quality facilities -Continuing education classes such as CPR/AED/Lifeguaring among others paid for by Life Time -All full-time positions (even if you aren't scheduled full-time) are eligible to sign up for discounted Life Time insurance plans -Got to go on cool field trips for free with summer camp as a counselor

      Cons

      -Poor management- disorganized, hypocritical, high demanding, and only care about money -Long hours and low pay -Many required Life Time courses to take in person or online many of which are boring, time consuming, and pointless -Very strict administration -Have to buy own uniform besides 1 summer camp t-shirt -Required to park in the parking lots farthest away from the door
