Pros

Everyone at LBH believes in the mission of helping people at a community hospital. There's an effort to keep morale high. Cafeteria at Sinai is pretty decent, and most people are nice. Children's hospital staff are exceptional. Good work-life balance.

Cons

Pay is so-so. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement.
