Coworkers are amazing, very team oriented, willing to help, teach and support each other. The nurse educators are a great resource for new nurses, they are very willing to even come up to the units and help. Bonuses to work extra shifts are offered, and SIGN on bonus too.

Cons

The pay is lower than other area hospitals, high turnover and staffing shortages may cause nurses to do nurse aide work as well as their own.
