      There is nothing positive to take home

      Cons

      Worst place to work especially the cardiac ICU at sinai hospital. Full of racist nurses as preceptors who think someone should know everything about the unit in one month, considering it is a specialty unit. The worst people to precept you especially if you are a black person. I had to quit even before I got out of orientation.
