Pros

Great money Great mission Great co workers

Cons

Management is incompetent, Hr will not listen to concerns. You will work over 24hrs no sleep, you’ll be expected to drive after being up for over 14-24 hrs. Concerns are not taking seriously

Thank you for this feedback. It is acknowledged that the team has experienced high volumes and a busy workload. Leadership has been working to increase staffing levels to reduce the burden to the existing team. This is a work in progress and LifeNet Health, like many employers, is not immune to the current recruitment and retention challenges facing many employers. Meanwhile, management and HR have been made aware of concerns within the team and are reaching out to employees to solicit their feedback and suggestions for improvement. Employee safety is of utmost importance and employees are strongly encouraged to bring any safety concerns to their leadership in real-time for immediate resolution.
