Thank you so much for your feedback. The pandemic has taken many things away that we had all grown accustomed to and appreciated so much. We all feel as though we are working much harder during the pandemic than ever before. We want to take a moment to thank you for your hard work and effort during this time period. Hang in there with us, the sky is the limit!

Pros

Benefits and knowing you’re doing good

Cons

The people are egotistical and narcissistic. Especially the higher up the pole or the longer they’ve been there. Lots of the same “I remember when” stories “ so they want you to have it really bad when it’s already pretty awful. No personal time. Pay is descent but you are taught to lie in order to get what they need to sell in parts even if they won’t use them so they can get reimbursements.

Thank you for your feedback. LNH is a mission based and driven organization and we are sorry to hear that you are not experiencing what so many of our colleagues are. We have extreme appreciation for the gifts of our donor families and that is what drives us to do our best with those gifts. We have a strife for a strong culture of transparency as well. If you would like, we would appreciate you contacting your HR Business Partner when you experience otherwise. Thank you again for your review.
