Pros

I genuinely enjoy the people I interact with, there are never any days where i dread coming in contact with certain individuals. Workload is even distributed among staff.

Cons

Earlier this year with the pandemic hitting, I went from opening shift to overnight shift without a choice. Having never worked overnight shift, it has put a huge damper on both my mental and physical health, I've developed an eating disorder as a result of this huge change and management doesn't seem to care when i voice my concerns. There have also been reports of security (initials SR) repeatedly looking into cars of employees without any type of probable cause.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Since the beginning, LifeNet Health has taken proactive measures to ensure that furloughs and/or layoffs did not impact employees across all our operations and moving employees across shifts and departments was key in this focus. We do recognize, however, the mental and physical toll that sudden changes can have on our employees and offered many different benefit programs to assist with these changes. We would also encourage you to reach out to your Benefits team so they assist with any medical concerns that may be arising from such shift changes. Every employee is entitled to a variety of state and/or Federal benefits that might be helpful during the temporary assignments.
