      Good money, for what it is

      They don't care about their employees for anything. They like their secrets and they like firing people out of nowhere for no reason. Wouldn't try to work here unless you like not having a life and not having ANY job security

      Pros

      It's a great cause and very fulfilling work. Gives a great opportunity for teamwork and learning how to operate on very little to no sleep.

      Cons

      Long unpredictable hours. Management is not very good. The company does not seem to care about "the little people" even though there would be no higher ups with out them.
