Concept vs. Execution

Pros

-Diverse hire of clinicians -Nice looking facility -Yearly survey for feedback -Patient's really get what they need when they can get access to care -The concept seems like it has potential, but even leadership has said that all departments are circling back to the basics due to not being able to when the company grew exponentially fast in little time.

Cons

-Low pay for workload -High turnover rate meaning increased workload for those who remain -Pay based on experience (which is fine) not completely accurate pertaining to others/new hires -Merit increase cut offs -Bonus structure -Minimum insurance benefits come with high deductible + high copays -Timely assistance for staff -Performative patient experience -Crisis protocols -Emergency protocols -No overtime -Not allowed to take unpaid time -Forced to use accrued PTO hours when there are internet issues if you cannot commute to another location when the closest office is 45-50 minutes away. -Performative warmth -Performative leadership -Dismissal on feedback/contributions -Emotionally taxing -Defensive responses from leadership

Pros

get to work from home, free water and coffee when you work from the office, occasional pizza provided for lunch.

Cons

no control over canceled visits/no shows, this CORPORATION does not care about the people. Search them- they were sued for lying about the overturn of the workers here. I'm waiting until my contract is up or close to being completed and then I am OUT!

Pros

Few pros because the cons outweigh the positives that could be in this category.

Cons

Leadership and departmental re-alignment is constant, processes are unclear due to constant changes.
