Pros

LifeStance treats me like an adult. I determine how I use my time to meet our goals and am rated fairly and regularly on my performance. Our mission to help people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare is at our forefront, Every quarterly Town Hall with our thousands of employees begins with a mission moment, highlighting employees who are especially helping our patients. As a working mom, the unlimited PTO is invaluable; I can take care of my children's needs and illnesses without worrying if I'll have time to take off for myself. I respect our intelligent leaders who promote collaboration and push us to think differently or work smarter. Our CEO reads all internal survey responses (thousands of comments), helping me know that he wants to hear our perspectives. I feel heard.

Cons

Working remotely full-time for the national office means I haven't actually met any of my colleagues in person. I do miss seeing co-workers in "real life" but not dealing with a commute or travel issues is a worthwhile trade-off.
