flexibility in creating/maintaining own schedule work from home

Cons

PAY, PAY, PAY! Was promised a full caseload within the first month, I am nearly six months in and still struggle to see more than 20 clients a week. No pay for time it takes to document and at times it can take a while

Compensation for this position does not match the work load you are expected to complete on a daily basis. There are no Christmas bonuses and you are expected to work on most major holidays. Management is sub par

Admin for this company make promises they do not intend to keep. They are not patient focused, do not care about providers, or even providing quality care. It is only about making money no matter what.
