      Pros

      Been at LifeStance for 2 years. The continued focus is on making it a better place to work/practice and improving the patient experience. Love where the company is going. Great values, etc.

      Cons

      too much virtual - would prefer more in person opportunities which I know is contrary to how most others think

      Pros

      I enjoy working for LifeStance Health because they offer a great deal of autonomy and flexibility when it comes to scheduling your own clients.

      Cons

      I do not get to interact much with upper management at a local level. Monthly meetings would be great.

      Low paying, little support, deceitful practices. (They're even being sued for unfair labor practices)

      Options for fully remote, work is independent, you make your own schedule (to an extent)

      Cons

      Really low reimbursement rates, almost no pay for travel, very little support from higher ups except for supervision, Tons of expectation with little training, isolating, and confusing mixed messages from higher ups. Not to mention that they have a hidden section in their employment agreement stating any bonuses will be taken back if you don't stay for 3 YEARS. Just yikes. Would not recommend.
