      not a good company to work part time

      Pros

      Location was close to home able to make my own schedule pretty much independent practice lots of lunch time meetings for help on a case

      Cons

      They let me go because i had been out of work for 5 months wth an injury. Working part time does not give you enough hours to protect your job. Alot of upper management changes, affecting leadership

      Unpaid trainings

      Pros

      Total control of your Schedule. Support staff are great.

      Cons

      Trainings and meetings are unpaid. Questionable manipulation of scheduling statistics. Minimal compensation to cancellations. You do all of the leg work, but only see 15% of the self pay rates, and 35-40% of the insurance compensation. The rest of that supports the stock holders. The advance is a form of entrapment to force you to stay to pay it back.
