Look elsewhere if conditionally licensed

Great flexibility in creating your own schedule and location (hybrid, fully remote, fully in person)

Cons

High turnover rate in front office staff so management of therapist needs is often inconsistent. Pay is pennies for LGPCs and other conditionally licensed folks.
