Corporate greed; Lifestance is in the business of making money, not patient care. Extremely high turnover, incompetent and out of touch leadership.

Remote work, co-workers were personable and helpful

Cons

Very siloed positions, very corporate feel, low pay. LifeStance acquires smaller mental health providers and changes the environment of those offices, moving staff to regional/national positions. LifeStance seems to be acquiring before they have a game plan on how to manage new acquisitions.
